Responsibilities For Candidates:-
- Conducting competitive benchmarks and evaluations where they articulate the superiority to our customer’s design team and management. (Synopsys Off Campus Drive 2023)
- Drive increased usage of the product in both pre-sales and post-sales capacity
- AE’s deliver customer training, tape-out support, and collaborate on initiatives for product enhancements
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team to assist in the sales process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Assist in the development of new products and services
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
- A relevant Graduate/Post Graduate degree in electronic engineering (preferably with some Internship Experience)
- Desire to learn and explore new technologies
- Solid English communication skills
- The general knowledge base in digital systems and microelectronics is generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training
- Knowledge of Verilog hardware description language and Timing methodologies
- Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC design flows
- Capability to produce high-quality technical documentation
- Able to build and maintain productive working relationships inside and outside the team
