Eligibility Criteria & Team Formulation:

boAt Wavemaker’s Challenge Season 1 is open to all full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students across India.
Participants can register individually or in teams of up to 3 members.
All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team.
Cross-specialization, cross-year, and cross-college teams are allowed.
A student can be a part of only one team. (boAt Wavemaker’s Challenge Season 1)
Teams with a gender-diverse composition will be appreciated.
Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Wave 1: Executive Summary Submission Round

Only registered students will be able to access the case study from the round active.
Teams will be required to submit a 1-slider PPT (.pdf format) of their proposed solution in the prescribed format.
Based on the executive summaries received, top teams will be shortlisted and taken forward to the next round.
All the teams are requested to submit their entries a few hours before the deadline to avoid any last-minute hassle.

Wave 2: Detailed Presentation Submission

The shortlisted 50-100 teams will upload their detailed presentation on the chosen case.
Teams will be required to submit their detailed presentation in a deck with less than or equal to 10 slides, and the formats given should be strictly followed.
Teams can additionally submit a 2-minute video describing their idea along with the detailed presentation. (Optional)
The presentation should be structured and based on the presentation duration i.e. 10 minutes.
Teams are requested to adhere to the deadline.

Wave 3: Grand Finale

The Finalists will get a chance to present to a stellar jury panel live!
