Responsibilities For Candidates:-
- Coordinate technical development activities across onshore and offshore teams and ensures high-quality work products that meet the business requirements. (AXA Recruitment Drive 2023)
- Estimate work requests at various levels with confidence
- Build and maintain relationships with business teams
- Participate in KT sessions conducted by business teams and provide feedback on requirements
- Maintain working relationships with business users, developers, application support team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate fluency in the following academic skills: Flow Charts, Basic coding skills in at least one programming language(C, C++, Java, Python etc.), RDBMS / Database concept
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies
